Flexible Meal Plan
You will have access to a flexible meal plan within the app to show you how to properly fuel your body throughout the day. You will be able to sync the Myfitnesspal app to my app in order to track your meals so I can give you some pointers and tips on how to eat mindfully to achieve your goals.
Video Call Coaching Session
Along with 24/7 messaging support throughout the 7 days, we will schedule your coaching call session. This is a time we discuss how your week is going and discuss how to navigate around barriers that stand between you and achieving your best health yet.
Habit Based Coaching
Let's take this one step further by promoting a whole 360 approach to your 7 day trial. I will ask you to send me 3 habits you'd like me to keep you accountable for. They can be habits such as 5 minute meditation, drinking x amount of water, making sure you hit 10k steps a day, and so forth.
